Currently, we are only quoting for shipping in the UK, EU and US. If you are based outside of these countries, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote.
Orders placed on Cabsnoozer products are shipped and handled by Hermes in the UK and Transglobal Express overseas. Transglobal shipments may be handled by other courier firms such as DPD, FedEx, TNT etc depending on the country concerned. Orders for delivery within the UK placed between Monday and Friday before midday will typically be despatched the next working day*, orders placed on weekends will ship on the following Monday. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email notification from DHL confirming the delivery status of your order and providing detailed tracking information.
*Please allow up to three working days for delivery to remote areas. However, a Cabsnoozer collected from our premises in the UK on Monday 16th April 2018 was delivered to the customer in California on the Thursday of the same week (19th April 2018), so we do our best, the couriers do as well, and sometimes it’s amazing!
